Evaluation of genetic variability Rindera using RAPD markers

Genetic diversity investigations are critical for understanding how to conserve and manage plant resources in every setting. Six Rindera species reported Iran. No detailed genetic was investigated using Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) experiments. plants from Iran's seven provinces were gathered studied our scientific purposes. Seventy specimens have been total. Our objectives as follows: 1) determine variability among species, 2) is there a correlation between the geographical distance of species? 3) Populations taxon structure we revealed that quantitative morphological features varied significantly across species. classified into two groups unweighted pair group approach with arithmetic mean principal component analysis. The unbiased expected heterozygosity (UHe) Regia 0.18 range. lanata has important Shannon information (0.30). lowest value 0.22 Regia. In R. cyclodonta media, observed number alleles (Na) 0.33 0.49. bungei had Ne values 1.034- 1.17, indicating an effective alleles. comparatively low gene flow (Nm) (0.45). According Mantel test, significant (r = 0.33, p=0.0001) distances. We identified substantial level variation, which demonstrates can adapt altering environments because associated adaptability. current findings indicated efficacy RAPD markers morphometry approaches studying variation
